    Return Policy

    We know that a purchased item may not fit or function as intended. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you are in a situation where you need to return a part, please feel free to do so! You can return any unused part in its original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. If the package is opened and the part is in the same condition as when you received it, we will charge a return fee of 15% of the purchase price for repackaging. Please furnish the original copy of your purchase receipt or printed copy of the web confirmation of your order. Sale items are non-returnable and no refund will be given. If you cannot physically return a part to one of our locations in Arkansas or Missouri, please email [email protected] for a Return Goods Authorization and instructions on shipping the part back for your credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you prefer to exchange the part for a similar part, please do so at one of our locations within 30 days of original purchase..

    Shipping

    We ship UPS and USPS from our locations. Currently, we only ship to continental US addresses. Large items such as safes and all products with engines cannot be shipped commercially due to freight company restrictions. While we prefer that you pick up these products at a convenient Greenway Equipment location near you, we can arrange delivery during our normal business hours. There will be a delivery fee of up to $150 based on the product and mileage to your desired delivery point. After your order is placed, we will be in touch to discuss delivery options and cost. Or email us here to start the conversation! For mowers, tractors and implements, we will deliver within a 50-mile radius of any of our Greenway Equipment locations in Missouri and Arkansas. This includes delivery into the Memphis, TN area. If you need the product further than 50 miles from any of our 28 locations, we request that you come to our location to pick up your purchase.

    John Deere parts have a 6-month warranty. We will follow the John Deere guidelines for Deere parts to ensure your satisfaction.


    Other vendors that we provide have various warranty policies and we will assist you in determining if the vendor will cover a part failure.
