Return Policy
We know that a purchased item may not fit or function as intended. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you are in a situation where you need to return a part, please feel free to do so!
- You can return any unused part in its original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. If the package is opened and the part is in the same condition as when you received it, we will charge a return fee of 15% of the purchase price for repackaging.
- Please furnish the original copy of your purchase receipt or printed copy of the web confirmation of your order.
- Sale items are non-returnable and no refund will be given.
If you cannot physically return a part to one of our locations in Arkansas or Missouri, please email marketing@gogreenway.com for a Return Goods Authorization and instructions on shipping the part back for your credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you prefer to exchange the part for a similar part, please do so at one of our locations within 30 days of original purchase.
Shipping
We ship UPS and USPS from our locations. For our e-commerce business, we can only ship to continental US addresses.
